Shipping Costs
We offer a flat shipping rate of €9.90 for orders under €150. For orders over €150, shipping is completely free!
Track Your Order
You will receive an order confirmation by email right after placing your order. Once your package leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you a tracking code so you can follow your pet's goodies all the way to your door.

If your package doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe or arrives damaged:

Payment Service Providers
Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments and its partners (such as Stripe). We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as local payment methods including Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
The payment will be charged at the time of purchase or, in the case of "Pay Later" options, according to the terms provided by the service provider (e.g., Klarna). Your transaction data is encrypted and handled according to PCI-DSS security standards.
