Return and Refund Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy)
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This 14-day return period starts from the day you receive the last item in your order.
Before sending anything back, please email us to let us know you'd like to make a return. PLEASE NOTE: Do not return any products without contacting us first and receiving our return instructions. Be sure to include your order number and the name of the item(s) you wish to return. We’ll then email you step-by-step return instructions!
2. Return Conditions
* The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
* Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned.
* All original accessories, manuals, and parts that came with the product must be included.
* For health and hygiene reasons, sealed products (such as certain grooming supplies) cannot be returned if the seal has been broken after delivery.
* Digital products or services delivered electronically are also non-returnable once the download or service has started with your consent.
3. How to Make a Return
* Notify us: Send an email to [info@ata.fi] or use the contact form on our website to let us know about your return. Please include your order number and the items you are returning.
* Get instructions: We will reply with detailed return instructions, including the return address and any necessary return shipping labels.
* Ship it back: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back following our instructions. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs when exercising their 14-day right of withdrawal, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
However, if you received a defective or damaged item, we will happily cover the return shipping costs.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you an email to let you know we’re processing it. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the package.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged from transit, is defective, or simply isn't what you ordered, please let us know immediately—no later than 48 hours after receiving your delivery. Please include photos of the damaged item and its packaging. We’ll look into it right away and guide you on the next steps (such as sending a replacement or issuing a refund).
7. Warranty
All new products come with a 2-year warranty, and refurbished items include a 1-year warranty, unless stated otherwise in the product description. Please note that the warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse, neglect, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
