Instructions for Ordering Custom-Made Products

Custom-made products are manufactured individually according to your dog's measurements to ensure the best possible fit and comfort. Before placing your order, it is essential to ensure that all measurements have been taken carefully and correctly.

1. Measure Your Dog Accurately

  • Use a soft measuring tape.

  • Measure your dog while they are standing in a natural position.

  • Ensure the measuring tape is snug but not too tight.

  • Double-check all measurements to avoid errors.

  • Follow the specific measuring instructions provided on the product page (e.g., neck circumference, chest circumference, back length).

2. Compare Measurements with the Size Chart

  • Each product may have its own specific size chart.

  • Select the size that most closely matches your dog's measurements.

  • If your dog's measurements fall between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size or contacting our customer service.

3. Review Order Details Before Payment

  • Verify that the measurements you entered are correct.

  • Check your choices for color, material, and other options.

  • Please note the estimated delivery time, as custom-made products are manufactured to order.

4. Custom-Made Products are Non-Returnable

  • Since custom-made products are manufactured individually based on the measurements provided by the customer, they are not eligible for exchange or return.

  • For this reason, it is extremely important that the measurements are correct and all selections are verified before confirming the order.
